Swift is proud to have a BRC Grade AA+ facility. The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety began in the UK to help the food industry meet legislative requirements of the EU General Product Safety Directive and the UK Food Safety Act. Since that time, the Standard has received global recognition with over 20,000 certified sites worldwide. The Standard is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) recognised certification.
Swift is proud to be supported by the European Structural & Investment Fund who support economic development across the European Union. These Funds make up over half of the European Union’s budget. Here in Ireland, these funds will be used, together with Irish Government and Local Authority funding, to invest over 2014-2020 period.
The Funds work together to invest in education, research and job creation to help create a sustainable and healthy economy across the whole of the country. They are also spent on protecting our environment, and on supporting rural and coastal communities.
